The new brewery facility also served to replace the old Wells & Co. main offices and included a bar servery area to allow for the serving of in-house brewed beer and food from the fitted-out catering kitchen.
All services were designed by Clancy Consulting Ltd, however due to the nature of the project there were extensive CDP elements bourn from client changes.A specialist process team from Europe installed the brewery equipment to M&E supplies installed by Harrisons. Our in-house alarms division supplied, installed and commissioned all security systems.
