Harrisons Electrical, Mechanical & Property Services were appointed to carry out design and build services for T&B contractors on this scheme to produce 9no. mini laboratories and associated circulation spaces within an existing redundant store area on the site in Harpenden.

The project was overbudget, Harrisons worked with the client and main contractor to produce a scheme that was viable for all parties. Funding sources included the local growth fund contribution from Hertfordshire LEP.
